Antriksh Eco Homes is an upcoming residential society located in the Delhi L Zone (Dwarka smart city). This project is envisaged to suit home seekers with various standard budgets – for people from all income brackets having different budget range. Antriksh Eco Homes is Antriksh Group’s first offering in affordable housing in L-Zone, Dwarka Phase 2. According to the policy, land will be shared between DDA and land owner – a percentage of land will be owned by DDA and will be used for infrastructural development such as roads, parks, flyovers and bridges while the developer will build the homes (homes will be built as per the developer’s expertise – in this case – affordable homes). The DDA envisages that in the coming years, the L Zone will be built as a ‘smart city’ and offer an array of extraordinary opportunities with many educational, medical and industrial institutions coming in this zone. The connectivity feature of the L Zone alone makes it an exceptional area to be in – it is located strategically between Dwarka and Gurgaon.
